Ingredients
1 2/3 cups (150 g) raw walnuts
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup (or other sweetener of your choice)
Zest of 1 orange (optional)
1/2 tsp powdered sugar for sprinkling (optional)
Directions
- If desired, roast the raw walnuts for 7 to 10 minutes to enhance flavor and aid in the blending process. Cool completely before blending into a fine flour. Set aside.
