    looks great! can I use canned chickpeas instead of soaked chickpeas?

      The bread with cooked (or canned) chickpeas is more dense and have more a flan-like texture than a bread texture.
      I don’t recommend it but you can always try and see if you like it.

    I like to have rice pea for gluten free for my Sin and his wife I’m having hard time finding a good gluten-free flour

      I don’t have the time to do that yet, but there are lots of recipes (on YouTube) to show you how you can make your own GF flour at home!
      That being said, I have manys GF recipes (Check the GF Section on the website), where you don’t need necessary a sophisticated GF flour to bake tasty goods 🙂

    This looks amazing is it possible to make it without the yeast or replace it.

      You can replace it with baking powder (1 tsp) or baking soda. It takes a raising agent to help the bread get airy and fluffy..
